You can import bookings in several ways: forward your confirmation email to stg@travcozy.com, upload a PDF or screenshot of your confirmation, or manually enter the booking details. TravCozy uses AI to extract all the relevant information automatically.
Simply forward your booking confirmation email to stg@travcozy.com. Our system will automatically parse the email, extract flight, hotel, and car rental details, and add them to the appropriate trip. You can also set up auto-forwarding rules in Gmail or Outlook for hands-free importing. See the full guide for auto-forwarding setup.
Yes! Open any trip and tap the share button to generate a shareable link. You can share your itinerary with travel companions, family, or friends. They will be able to view the trip details without needing a TravCozy account.
