stg@travcozy.comForward from the email address on your TravCozy account — that's how we know the booking is yours.
Forwarding from a second mailbox — work, a partner's account, or the old address an airline profile still uses? Add it under Profile → Alternative email addresses and it is recognised straight away. Up to 10 extra addresses per account.
Forward a booking confirmation
Send any flight, hotel, car, train or bus confirmation email to stg@travcozy.com — from the email address you signed up with.
TravCozy extracts the details
AI reads the confirmation — dates, confirmation codes, prices, seats — in any language. No manual typing.
It lands in the right trip
Bookings are matched to your trips by dates and confirmation codes, or a new trip is created — and the import history shows exactly why.
Most email providers can forward matching messages automatically. Create a filter for senders like your airline or booking sites and forward them to stg@travcozy.com — new bookings will appear in TravCozy without you lifting a finger.
In Gmail: Settings → Filters → create a filter → "Forward it to". You'll confirm the forwarding address once.
In Outlook: Settings → Mail → Rules → add a rule → "Forward to".
Yes. Open Profile, find "Alternative email addresses" under your account email, and add the address — there is no verification email and it works on the very next forward. You can register up to 10 extra addresses, and remove any of them at any time. An address that already belongs to another TravCozy account cannot be added. Whichever address you forward from, that mailbox's provider has to pass DMARC for us to recognise it (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and most company mail do). That is a condition on being recognised, not on hearing back — a forward we cannot match still gets the short reply below.
You get a short automatic reply telling you the address is not registered, and the message is not imported or held. Add the address under Profile → Alternative email addresses, or sign up, and forward the booking again.
