Terms of Service

The service

TravCozy is a personal travel-itinerary aggregator for private (non-corporate) travelers. You forward or upload booking confirmations; we extract and organize them into trips. That's the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use TravCozy.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate others.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Try to break, overload, or probe our systems.
• Upload content that isn't yours, or that violates someone else's rights.
• Use the service to store or transmit malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer the app or scrape our API in a way that degrades the service for others.

AI-extracted data

We use AI to parse booking confirmations. AI extraction is best-effort and can make mistakes — wrong flight numbers, swapped dates, missed legs. Always verify important details against your original confirmation before traveling. TravCozy is not responsible for missed flights or other consequences arising from extraction errors.

Your content

You own your trip data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it only as needed to run the service (including passing document content to our AI extraction provider). We won't use it for anything else. If you delete content, we delete it.

Email forwarding

When you forward a booking to booking@travcozy.com, you consent to us reading and processing that email's contents for the purpose of building your itinerary. We don't share it elsewhere.

Service availability

We try to keep TravCozy up and running, but we can't promise zero downtime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can close your account any time (email support@travcozy.com). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that threaten the integrity of the service.
